finder is a powerful free service which enables organizations and teams who
hire referees to post games that need officiating to be viewed by
countless referees looking to fill those positions.
The process begins when an employer logs in and posts a game or job
for which she needs to find a referee. Referees then search the site
for games that they would like to officiate. When he or she finds a
game he clicks the 'Apply for This Game' button. The employer is then
alerted that someone is interested in officiating her game. After
reviewing the referee's personal profile to assure he is qualified for
the job, the employer then contacts him directly with any other
details concerning the job.
Many organizations and referee assignors may feel
more comfortable only hiring officials they already know. We have
created a
subscription based service to
meet these needs.
